what do you need to know!
do I need a hair trial?
Yes! Trials are typically recommended 2-3 months before the wedding date. Hair trials allow you and the stylist to learn what you like and don't like so your desired look is achieved on wedding day!

During your trial, Melissa can provide advice from product recommendations to custom hair extension matching. When your trial is done, it'll be time for your photoshoot and for you to be the star of the show! Melissa will capture your finished look and bring with her on wedding day.
how do I pay you?
Payment for your wedding will be completed
in two parts:
-
Retainer: Travel/Retainer payment is due at contract signing to reserve your date.
-
Balance: The remaining balance and any add on services is due 7 days before the wedding date so that you can relax and enjoy your getting ready process.
All payments are available online and are
paid through my booking system Honeybook
for your convenience.
should I wear hair extensions?
Most hairstyles require extensions to achieve
your desired look. If you are an out of town bride, matching can usually be done by sending a couple pictures as well as a video in natural lighting.
If you are able to come to the studio, you can be
color matched in person. The Capes Mane works exclusively with Habit Hair Extensions.
